Courteous, knowledgeable, cost conscious, efficient, convenient, with the grace to laugh at my bad jokes. I appreciate that they know the strengths and weaknesses of each car model. They can usually identify the problem from my description. I have been going there for five years and I have not had to go back because a problem was not fixed correctly on the first visit.

My husband has been going to clay nissan for years. In general, he has had great experiences. George has always been helpful and makes sure that everything is taken care of. I had had some serious issues with my car delearship, so i started going to clay nissan. I realized that I needed my oil changed and was having problems with my air conditioner this week. George was able to get my car in to be checked on the day I called. They had the car ready by 1pm and made arrangements to get my car back to me as I was having trouble with childcare/transportation. I would highly recommend clay Nissan!
